The Past Is Still Ahead
03.12.2009The Past Is Still Ahead a five-character play about the entrancing lyrical life of one of Russia's greatest poets, Marina Tsvetaeva, debuted at the Cherry Lane Theater, Manhattan in December 2007. It returned to New York, to the Millennium Theater on November 27th, 2009 for one performance (in English and in Russian). The play has been received with rave reviews. The performance was held to abundant applause and numerous standing ovations. A most serious and compelling play, next stop McGill University in Montreal, Canada and The Abbey Theater in Dublin Ireland, May 21st to the 23rd, 2010.
